Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is intended to make billing expectations clear before paid plans launch.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans, when available, are expected to be billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Plan access begins after payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to the free plan unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
3. Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. If there is a duplicate charge, billing error, technical access issue, or other exceptional circumstance, contact support and we will review the request.
4. Trial or Beta Access
Free demo, trial, or beta access may be changed or discontinued at any time. Access to beta features does not guarantee future free access to paid features.
5. Plan Changes
If upgrades, downgrades, or prorations are offered, the applicable amount and timing should be shown during checkout or billing management. Stripe may calculate and process prorations depending on the setup.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, paid features may be paused, downgraded, or cancelled until the payment issue is resolved.
